Apple pie



This apple pie is one of the several sweets, that are perfect for all the occasions. This time, I baked it for Christmas. :) I don't know whether Junglefrog blog accepts two competitors, but hope for the bests. :)



Ingredients:
  • 80 g margarine
  • 70 g icing sugar 
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 egg

  • 100 g crystal sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tablepoon of red orange flavor (or rum)
  • 1 orange peel
  • 6 Tablespoons of milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of icing sugar

Preparation:

1. Melt 80 g margarine, add 70 g icing sugar, 1 T vanilla sugar, one egg and mix them. 

2. Then add 125 g  flour and blend them.


3. In another bowl mix together 100 g sugar with 100 g margarine, 1 T vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 6 T milk , and a litle red orange flavor. Then rasp some orange peel.



4 . Add the flour and the baking powder to this pastry. Mix them.



5. Wash the apples, and cut it to little cubes. (without the cores)



 6. Add 2 T icing sugar and a little lemon juice to the apples.

7. Use a little baking tray, oil it with margarine and flour.

8. Pour the bigger amount of pastry into that.



9. Put the apple cubes onto the pastry, push them a little bit.



10. Make a net with the other pastry, and put it on the apples.



11. Bake it for an hour 160 'C.
