Little pies

Hi Dears,

I brought a new recipe for pies, and great personal news!

 I am the chosen cook of the week on the biggest Hungarian recipe sharing site - at Nosalty.hu! Yay! A whole article is about me, with my cakes... http://www.nosalty.hu/ajanlo/het-szakacsa-habcsok-mezi

But this recipe of the pies is only Yours, it's not on that site, yet. :D 

I baked them in muffin trays, but You can bake it in one big tart form, if you prefer those. I used fresh fruits for the filling, and the result was really tasty.

Any plans for the future?

I only had one vow for this year... I will do more sport activities! :D

I am lucky to gain only just a few weight while I'm baking and obviously eating a lots of cookies, cakes, pies... etc.

But anyway, I can see on myself the result.

A year ago I was quite sporty, as I did aerobics every week (even twice a week). Then I started working full time, and I was much more tired than at school. 

But this year, I will keep this vow. I even started with a full aerobic program, and my thighs are killing me now. :D 

But no worries, I won't start a diet, I will keep on baking. :D

Like this apple pie got so many praises from my family, then I have to share it with You the recipe. The base recipe was the original apple pie from my confectionery book. I only changed it at the decoration part.

3 cakes with one sponge

Hello Dears! 

I hope You enjoyed the summer, to finish it nicely I brought not just one, but 3 cakes for You! :)

As for us, we had our late-summer vacation last week, for 4 days.

It was short but we filled it with very-many adventures. :) 

It rained for two days, but we still could go sight-seeing, and to bathhouses, and we even took a little fairy train ride in the forest, so it was super joyful.

When we arrived back home, a birthday party was ahead of us, with 3 birthdays to celebrate, so I jumped in a baking project again.

As we hold it as a pic-nic party in the Margaret-island, I tried to prepare them to be easily take-aways. 

I used one main mixture, and as a last touch I flavored them differently. :) 

Let's see how...

Apple Pie -2-

Hello Dears,

Sorry for my absence, I missed You and blogging, however I had tons of work to do... But luckily I finished my thesis for my diploma! :D

Here's another apple pie! :)  (this was last years). 

This time it has a net decoration on the top. It's a little bit flat but it was really delicious! :)

Apple Smoothie with Biscuits

Hey Guys! :) 

Everyone is all right? 

I don't know if I am in  time with my usual recipe update, because working days are just flying with me, and I lost my usual daily system. 

But it's getting better. :) I like helping guest in the hotel (You know I'm a receptionist trainee now.) And on my weekly 2days holiday I still can make some desserts. :D

So here's a super easy, fruity dessert to You! Make it, put it to the fridge, and You will have a wonderful, cooling smoothie. :) Enjoy!

Apple Brownies

I hope You all had a great Valentine's Day! 

Mine was fantastic! :) We ate and ate and ate even more. :D

 But now, we can go back to our regular days, when dessert don't have to be pretty, shiny, and cutie, just tasty! :) Like this apple brownie, you just have to bake it, take it out, and serve! Not too fancy, but yummy! :)

Mini Apple tarts

If You have just a little time to do something delicious, I suggest You making this tasteful , and fruity tart. No hustle and bustle, just an easy sponge, enhanced with good spices, and some juicy apples from the chamber. My guests loved it! :)

Apple pie

This apple pie is one of the several sweets, that are perfect for all the occasions. This time, I baked it for Christmas. :) I don't know whether Junglefrog blog accepts two competitors, but hope for the bests. :)

Stuffed Golden apples

As winter comes, we need to take cear of ourselves more attentive, like we should eat more fruits, to get more vitamine C-s. Therefore, I made this dessert for my Granny's birthday instead of the usual cake. Fortunately she liked it. :)
