Hi Dears!
Have You seen the Eurovision song contest last Saturday?
What do You think about Miss Conchita's winning? I was amazed how her voice was so feminine, although I probably won't listen her song. The song wasn't so remarkable for me. Of course I really wanted Hungary to have a great place in the top ten, which by the way we had reached! :)
"Running" became to be the 5th, Yay! :D
So, I brought You a Pie, today! Pear Pie with white and dark chocolate on the top. It was sweet, moist and fruity, You need this! ;)
Ingredients:
- 225 g = 4/5 cup of flour
- 1 egg
- 125 g = 1/2 cup of margarine/butter - melted
- 0,5 dl = 1/5 cup of oil
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 50 g = 1/5 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of sour cream
- 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
- ----
- 4 pears
- 3 tbsp of powdered sugar
- white + dark chocolate for decoration
Preparation:
1. Mix the egg with the sugar, and pour the melted margarine/butter to it.
2. Then add the oil, the vanilla sugar, the cinnamon, the sour cream, then finally the flour with the baking powder. Mix them with a mixer.
3. Lubricate a baking tray with margarine, sprinkle it with flour, then pour the pastry in it. With the use of a spatula smooth the surface of the pastry well.
4. Wash and slice up the pears. Place them on the top of the pastry.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Then bake the pie for about 45 minutes.
6. When it's ready, melt a bar of dark chocolate, (and a little white, if You wish) and spoon some chocolate lines onto the pie.
Enjoy! :)
