3 layered ICE CREAM

Hello! :)
How are You? :) Right now It's so good.
I'm just sitting in front of my window , that is fully open, enjoying the wind with the summertime weather on my off day from work.
Actually, this is my first summer that I have to work through, so these free-days that I have seem to be even more valuable than before my school vacation times.
And yes, I'm having this home-made ice cream as well, that cools my body, with all the 3 layers that it has. I made this some days ago, and left it in the freezer so we can enjoy it for a little time ahead. :)
It's really so easy to make, You don't need to have ice-cream maker machines, not even fancy ingredients, so give it a try!
And have Your home-made ice-cream in the summer! :)
Ingredients:

  • 500 ml= 2 cups whipping cream (with sugar, if it doesn't contain any, + 3 tbsp of sugar)
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp of icing sugar
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 3 dl= 1 + 1/4 cup of  strawberry yogurt
  • berries
  • 200 g= 3/4 cup of sweetened chestnut puree

Preparation:
1. Mix the whipping cream with the vanilla and the icing sugar. Whisk it to get  a tough foam.

2. Separate to 3 bowls.
3. To one of them, add some berries, and strawberry yogurt, and stir it with a spatula, or wooden spoon.

4. To another add some sliced sweetened chestnut puree.

5. Melt one bar of dark chocolate, and add 1 tbsp of it to the chestnut foam.

6. Put some aluminum foils to little baking trays, then pour the chestnut foam on the bottom of them.

7. Then spoon some melted chocolate to it. (In the end the chocolate will be crispy)

8. Then layer the simple whipped cream on it.

9. Spoon the rest of the chocolate to it.

10. Then cover it with the berry-sh foam.

11. Put them to the freezer, in some hours it will be ready.

You can slice them with a big knife. Enjoy the 3 tastes, with the harmony of the crispy chocolate! :)
