Cappuccino Smoothie

Oh Yay! Just 10 workdays till the end of the semester. (if we don't count the exams, but, whatever) Only 10 days in school, and here comes my Internship in a marvelous 5-star-HOTEL! :D After that, diploma, and the Sweet Goodbye, and the big START of my real life in the real world! :D

I have my dissertation subject, too ( it's a secret for now, but I can say, that it's related to You as well, dear Readers! ♥ )

I've got another cause for celebrating.... We have reached 1000+ likes on FB! :) Thank You so much for Your support. :) I can see the statistics, too, and according to them You love the most my Strawberry Cream, so I created another Summery Dessert -->Cappuccino Smoothie. :D

I know You love it drinking, so why don't you do it, in an even more dessert-like fashion? :)

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of instant cappuccino powder (vanilla flavoured)
  • 8 dl = 3 +1/3 cups of water (or milk)
  • 1 package of tiramisu pudding powder (or vanilla, or chocolate)
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of coffee (instant, or a cup of coffee latte)
  • biscuits, whipped cream, wafer sticks

Preparation:

1. Mix the 'black' ingredients. And boil it. You should stir it while boiling.

2. When it's ready (it should be a bit thicker than a juice) cool it a bit.

3. Put some biscuits in chalices.

4. Then pour the cappuccino cream into them.

5. Decorate it with biscuits, wafer sticks, and whipped cream.

It's tasty when it's warm, but if You place them into the fridge for an hour, it should cool down, and can be a real refreshment. :)
Enjoy! xoxo: Hajni
