Yay! I did all my exams!!! :D
(I'm still waiting for the result of the last one, but I'm not worried about that.)
So, I thought it was time for me to bake something FUNNY, and these
Banana Cupcake Monsters were born. :)
I even made a video for You, which can be found below. :)
Oh it's so great feeling vacation time. Happy Summer to All of You! :)
Here's the video. :) Do You know that a video recipe takes much longer time than a normal? :D But after so much studying it felt great, doing something different.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 260 g= 1 cup of flour
- 2 dl= 4/5 cup of milk
- 0,5 dl = 1/5 cup of oil
- 210 g= 4/5 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp of cocoa
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- ----
- 4 bananas
- 1 dl = 2/5 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 package of banana or vanilla pudding
- -----
- waffle sticks
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients from the first column with a wooden spoon/spatula.
2. Fill the muffin liners (I got 15) Fill the empty muffin tray places with a little water.
3. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ' C.
4. Bake them about 35-40 minutes.
5. Until then, we do the banana cream. Cut 4 bananas, and mix them with the milk, honey, sugars, and the vanilla extract with a blender/mixer.
6. Add the pudding, too, boil and stir them on the stove.
7. When the muffins are ready, cut the "muffin hats" off.
8. With a teaspoon cut out the middle of them. (You can have them with your morning coffees... So we won't use it now.)
9. Fill the holes with the banana cream.
10. Place back the muffin hats, as You like.
11. Cut some waffle stick, and place 2 pieces of them to each muffin monster's face. These will be their eyes.
Enjoy! :)
I hope You like them. :D
