 - I collected a bunch of them! :)

  • 40 g= 1/6 cup of melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt
  • 40 g = 1/6 cup of sugar
  • 200 g = 4/5 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla flavor
  • ----
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g = 2/5 cup of icing/powdered sugar
  • red food color
  • dark chocolate

1. Mix the egg with the sugar and the margarine.
2. Then add all the other ingredients from the upper column, and make a pastry ball from it.

3. Roll it out, and cut out hearts with heart-shaped cutters.

4. Place them on a tray, on a baking sheet, and bake them about 15 minutes on 200 degree Celsius.

5. For the decoration mix 1 egg white with as many icing sugar as You got a nice royal icing. (not too liquid, not too hard)
6. You can use food colors to achieve reddish icing.

7. Melt the chocolate as well.

8. You should fill little foam bags, and cut little holes at the end of them.
9. You can watch the video - How I decorated the cookies.

Have a fabulous Valentine's Day!
