Happy Pudding Brownie

Hello Dears!
Guess what You will get from me! ;)
I have a bunch of Easter dessert recipes for You!
So I will try to post every other day a dessert until Monday, so when the little boys and the gentlemen are coming to us on Monday we  will be prepared with a lot of goodies.
This brownie is enhanced with two kinds of puddings, vanilla and strawberry. So the cake will be mottled with rosy and yellow creams, which make it happy-Easter looking, having the atmosphere of decorated Easter eggs. :)
Plus, this recipe is really easy, and quick! :)

  • 200 g= 4/5 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 dl= 4/5 cup of milk

  • 1 package of strawberry pudding (powder)
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 150 ml= 3/5 cup of milk
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding (powder)

3. Then gently stir the egg foam into the pastry.
4. Heat up 300 ml of milk. Then pour half of it to another pot. Add 2 tbsp of sugar to each, then add the pudding mix/powders as well. Stir them on the oven until they become thick.
5. Lubricate a baking tray with margarine, then sprinkle it with flour, the pour the pastry in it. With a spoon, spoon the puddings in the brownie pastry, like in the picture.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius, and bake the cake for about 45 minutes.

Enjoy! :)
