Cini Minis ~ Chocolate Bites

Hi Dears! :)
I brought You little chocolaty bites! Sugar free!!! :D
(Well, almost... let's say it's doesn't contain the regular sugar quantity. :) )
Why is that?
I think I have to be more careful, and be on a little diet.
As I thought being a hotel receptionist, I'm standing 9 hours daily, which needs physical effort, I ehought it would burn some calories...
Yeah, the only problem it is not. I am tired of course after work, so I can't really do any more sports these days, just laying on the bed, reading and stuff.
So, I need to reduce the calories, and as I won't stop baking I used sweetener.
I was afraid of it for a bit, I thought it would change the flavors, but it didn't.
Ingredients (for 2 baking trays of cake):
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of Cologrin sweetener (1 tbsp of Cologrin = 60 g of sugar in taste)
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar (OK, I like vanilla sugar, I won't replace it)
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa
  • half bar of dark chocolate melted
  • 4 dl of cocoa milk
  • 1 dl of sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 400 g = 1 + 4/5 cup of flour
  • Cini Minis /  Cinnamon Cornflakes
  • -----
  • 600 ml = 2 + 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 packages of chocolaty pudding
  • 2 tbsp of sweetener
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate melted
Preparation:

1. Beat up the eggs,  mix them with the sweetener, with the oil, with the vanilla sugar. Then add the cocoa, the chocolate, and the milk.  Lastly, stir the flour with the baking powder to the pastry. Then you can add some cornflakes as well, and stir the pastry well.

2. Lubricate 2 baking trays with oil/margarine and sprinkle it with flour. Pour the pastry into them.

3. Bake them in preheated oven on 180 degree C for about 40 minutes.

4. Until then we can make the chocolate cream.

5. Boil up 3 dl of milk. Add the chocolate pudding powder to 1 dl of milk, add 2 tbsp of sweetener to it and stir it well. Then pour it to the hot milk, and heat and stir it, till it becomes a denser cream.

6. When the sponges are ready pour the pudding on the top.

7. Melt one bar of dark chocolate and lubricate the top of the cakes with it, and You can decorate the top with cinnamon cornflakes.

(1 suggestion: You should slice it up before the chocolate on the top gets thicker, so their surface will be unharmed at the end. :) )

Enjoy!
