Hearty Chocolate Crater Cake




Valentine's Day is coming soon, and this cake can be the one, for the occasion. 
But honestly, you can make hearty cakes from mainly every cake, with a heart shaped cutter.  

If You want me to describe this one, it melts in your mouth, the sponge is soft, sweet, and tasty, and the chocolate cream is dark choco like. We loved it! ^^
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g = 0,2 cups of margarine
  • 200 g =0,8 cups of  granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
  • 2 dl = 0,8 cups of milk
  • 0,5 dl = 0,2 cups of oil
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 300 g = 1,3 cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa

  •  3 dl = 1,2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of chocolate pudding powder
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 50 g =0,2 cups of dark chocolate (70%)

Preparation:

1. Separate 3 egg whites from the yolks, and mix it with the vanilla sugar, to get a foam.
2. Add the sugar to the yolks (from the upper column) and the melted margarine, and mix them.
3. Add all the other ingredients from the upper column, and mix them. 


4. Nicely add the foam too, and stir it with a spatula.
5. Oil a baking pan with margarine, and strew a bit of flour too, then pour the pastry into that.

6. From the second column of the ingredients, cook a chocolate pudding, but You should add the chocolate as well. (You can melt it in the microwave oven in 2 minutes on 350W)
7. With a teaspoon, spoon  some cream into the pastry, randomly.
8. Then put it to the oven, and bake it for about 40-50 minutes in 180'C (Celsius) (middle degree on gas cooker)
9. You can cut it to cubes, or with a heart shape cutter, you can cut out really nice Valentine's cakes.
