Butterbeer

Who isn't familiar with this expression - Butterbeer? I think everybody knows it from Harry Potter. I would always loved to try it when I read about it. So, I managed to do it. Come and see the recipe! :) It's child-friendly!

Ingredients: (for 4 cups)
  • 1 l milk = 34 fl oz  = 2 pints
  • 50 g margarine = 2 oz = 0,1 lb
  • 4 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • (1-1 tbsp of coffee liqueur for the adults)

Preparation:

1 Heat the milk.

2. Melt the margarine in a frying pan, and make caramel in it with the sugar.

3. Then pour it to the milk, and add the cinnamon.

4. Pour the liquid to the cups. Add some liqueur to it (optional).
5. You can add whipped cream to, on the top if you like. :)

Enjoy! :)
