Filled Cocoa muffins, sweet soft bites, what do we need more?
It was so fun, making these, while we were playing a board game with my family and with my boyfriend. They were playing with enthusiasm , concentrating with full heart to the game, while I was just blending things in a bowl, to make a dessert for them, and I just turned to the game in my turns only. Guess, who won? :) Of course me. :D (but for cheering them up, this dessert made them forget their loss)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 150 g = 0,6 cup of granulated sugar
- 100 g = 0,4 cup of flour
- 100 g = 0,4 cup of crushed biscuits/cookie crumb crust
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
- 6 teaspoons of cocoa
- 1,5 dl= 0,6 cup of milk
- 0,5 dl= 0,2 cup of oil
- 1 tbsp of nutella / peanut butter
- 3 dl = 1,2 cup of milk
- 1 package of tiramisu pudding powder (or You can use a vanilla pudding and add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to it)
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Preparation:
1. It's so easy, just mix all the ingredients in the upper column.
2. Then, cook a pudding, with the other ingredients in the list.
(Heat the half of the milk, while You add the pudding powder and the sugar to the other half of the milk, mix them well, and pour it to the warm milk. Cook it, while you stir it with a spatula)
3. Put muffin liner papers to the muffin tray, and spoon some pastry into them.
4. Add 1-1 tablespoon of tiramisu pudding to each muffin's middle, and cover them with pastry.
5. Bake it for 45-50 minutes on 150 Celsius - middle degree on gas cooker-.
Enjoy! :) I baked 24 muffins, but they disappeared quickly. :D
