Pieces of Chocolate Muffin

Hello! :) Would You like to have a cute muffin, with pieces of Chocolate? :D I'm sure You would...

Some days ago we had a fantastic Spring Party over our FB page, where we are more than 600! :D  If you missed it, you can see the fresh springy dessert recipes there, any time. :)

This dessert is perfect to any occasions, or non-occasions. :)

 Attention! You will quickly run out of this... 

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 150 g = 0.6 cup of sugar
• 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
• 80 g =  0.3 cup of margarine (melted)
• 2 tbsp of baking powder
• 350 g = 1.5 cup of flour
• 1 dl = 0.4 cup of milk
• a pinch of salt
• 100 g = 0.4 cup of icing sugar
• 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
• 1 tbsp of cocoa
• a bar of dark chocolate

Preparation:

1. Mix the eggs with the sugar, and the melted margarine. 

2. Now, add all the other ingredients, except the cocoa. And stir them with a spatula. (It's important, because if you do this with mixer, the muffin won't have  a nice higher hat.) :)

3. Take 3 tablespoons of batter to a little bowl. Add the cocoa to this.

4. Put muffin liners in the tray.

5. Fill them with the light batter.

6. Make small cubes of the chocolate.

7. Put some pieces of chocolate into all the muffins.

8. Then cover them with the dark brown batter.

9. Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius. 

10. Bake it for about half an hour. 

And I covered them, with icing sugar frosting.
