Punch cream Muffins


Happy Easter Everyone! :)  It will be strange, because of the snow, but who knows? We are after the End of the World (2012) :D anything can happen.  

For me, too! :D I have my trainee program, I've been selected to be a receptionist starting from this summer, in a 5-star-hotel! :D 

To celebrate Easter, or a big event like mine, these little creamy muffins are great! Easy, but yummy. :) 


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 130 g = 0,5 cup of sugar
  • 250 g = 1cup of  flour
  • 2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 dl  = 0,2 cup of oil
  • 2 dl  = 0,8 cup of milk
  • --------------
  • 4 dl = 1,7 cup of milk
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding
  • 2 tbsp of rum flavor
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • --------------
  • a bar of chocolate

Preparation: 
1. Mix all the ingredients in the upper column.

2. Cook a cream, from the ingredients in the 2. column. (Heat up the milk, add the pudding powder, and sugar, and the rum flavor. Mix them, till it's got a cream state. :) )

3. Fill muffin liners, with the pastry, halfway.

4. Spoon some cream into them.

5. Cover them with pastry.

6. Bake it for about 45 minutes on 150'Celsius.

7. Decorate it in the middle with some more cream. 

8. Then melt the chocolate, and pour it on the top. :)
