Triple Chocolate Cookies

If you like chocolate, then, You would LOVE this cookie! :)
One little cookie can make your day shiny , if you eat one of them with your morning coffee!
Just be sure you won't gobble, because it's easy to eat more and more of them. ;)

By the way, this recipe of mine appeared in press, too. :D

Ingredients:
300 g flour = 10,5 oz = 0,7 lb
0,5 tsp of baking powder
0,5 tsp of salt
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 package of chocolate pudding powder
100 g margarine = 3,5 oz = 0,2 lb
6 tbsp of granulated sugar
3 tbsp of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1-1-1 tsp of rum, vanilla and almond flavor
1 tsp of instant coffee
1,5 bars of chocolate
0,5 bar of white chocolate

Preparation:

1. Melt the margarine, and add the sugar to it. Mix them well.
2. Add the yolks to the margarine, while You make a foam with the egg whites and the vanilla sugar.

3. Add the flavors, the coffee to the yellow pastry.
4. Melt one bar of chocolate and add it to the pastry, too.

5. Mix together the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa, the pich of salt and the pudding powder.

6. Add it to the pastry and mix them well.
7. Finally add the foam to the pastry nicely.
8. Make little cubes from the 0,5 bar of white and brown chocolate.

9. Add them to the pastry.

10. Place a baking paper to a baking tray. Pour a little flour to it.
11. Make small balls from the pastry (you can measure the amount with a teaspoon)

12. Place them to the sheet, and bake them for about 5-8 minutes. (I had 3 portions, 35 little cookies)

When you take them out, the biscuits are too soft, but they will harden in some minutes.

13. Melt some white chocolate and decorate your cookies.

Enjoy! :)
